4.3 Restrictions
• Virtual Items cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or gifted
• Attempting to convert Virtual Items into real-world currency, cryptocurrency, or other items of value is prohibited
• Violations may result in permanent account termination without refund
5. No Real-Money Gambling
Our games provide a simulated casino experience for entertainment only.
• Virtual chips, tokens, or credits cannot be exchanged for real money
• No winnings or rewards have real-world value
• Success in the Services does not indicate or predict success in real-money gambling
• Unauthorized real-money trading of Virtual Items is strictly prohibited

Upon termination, all Virtual Items in your account will be lost, and refunds are not provided except as required by law.
12. Account and Data Management
The Services do not require account registration. Game progress and settings stored locally on your device are deleted automatically when the app is uninstalled. No in-app account deletion is necessary.
Third-party SDKs (analytics, advertising, attribution) may store anonymized or aggregated data. VastFill does not control third-party retention policies but ensures compliance with applicable laws.
